You will be asked for your interview ID number, so please have it ready.
Please do your best to maintain constant or near-constant eye contact with the interviewer.
Your camera must be turned on during the interview, and your audio should be clear with no background noise.
You must begin answering each question without hesitation, ideally within 1–3 seconds of being asked. Otherwise, the interview will automatically move on to the next question if there is a significant delay.
If you do not know the answer, you may simply say I don’t know or I don’t know the answer.
Please do not hang up until all questions have been completed, or your interview will not be counted.
After answering the last question, you may end the call. You will also be informed when the interview is over. To finalize your interview, you must manually click the red End Video Chat button.
